Using times and distances from the Druzhba-84 Competition (the Soviet-bloc answer to their boycott of the 1984 Summer Olympics), I recalculated the medal-winners as if all 146 nations had participated in the Olympics and issued them ID cards based on the design used in LA. Gaps were created when there was no visual trace of the athlete on the internet.
