This is a collection of paintings mostly made for new eyes. Hard-edged black-and-white images are shown to aid in early cognitive development; one parent likened such patterns to “baby LSD.” Since 2021, I’ve made high-contrast paintings as gifts for friends’ babies, introducing them to a visual vocabulary of abstraction.
